Pompano Seafood Festival - April 25-27

Volunteers Needed! The Pompano Beach Seafood Festival is a fun, fun weekend on the beach in Pompano. It always is good for us with donations, adoptions and goodwill. We love it! This year’s entertainment is outstanding with The Buckinghams and Blood, Sweat and Tears ! (Man, BS&T got me through college. Well, till I fell out, anyway.) The complete lineup is on their website. And the food? Well, it is a seafood festival after all. So we always need lots of people to man the tent because our helpers need lots of breaks! Jerry & I will be setting up during the day (helpers invited) and we’ll need volunteers with or without their dogs for the rest of the shifts. Here’s the shift breakdowns: Friday 5pm to 10 pm; Saturday 10 AM to 3 PM and 3 PM to 10 PM. Sunday 11AM to 4PM and 4 PM to 8PM (and help with closing down).
